These are the simple roleplaying rules for this website. Please follow them accordingly!
Firstly, Roleplaying literacy is a must. This includes:
No GM: No God-moding. This means you cannot control anyone else's character, and you cannot kill anyone else's character.
No PP: No Power-Playing. This means your character cannot be an all-powerful, all-perfect runaway princess Mary-Sue/Gary-Sue.
No Chat-speak: This includes the c-box and the ooc areas. lol is fine, and the occasional smilie, but none whatsoever should be present in character.
Restrain from one-liners: We all get times when we can't help but give a one-liner, but if you do it frequently, then I'm afraid actions will be taken.
Capitalization and Spelling mistakes: If you make mistakes, please try to correct them yourselves with the 'modify' button. Capitals are must-haves, as are good grammar and punctuation.
Imagination: Imagination is always a good thing. Please try to have some with your posts, histories and characters.
General Notice About the Website's Style
As you will have seen, the Roleplay section is split into lots of different boards. these are all different parts in a large story. Your characters will travel through the story, though not necessarily in a conventional order.
Your account is specified to one character only. To play two or more characters, you must make more accounts.
You may play the character in any of the parts of the story, but The Final Battle can only be reached after you think the rest of the story is realised - I'll leave it up to you to decide when you think that is.
Your character must meet the other characters in any of the boards, though remember they go in a chronological order, so you can't introduce yourself as a stranger on the second one and appear on the first. So it might be a good idea to start with 'Before the threat'.
With this same theory in mind, remember that characters cannot reveal or know about anything they don't know about in the future. Unless they've had some sort of mind blocking thing, which is a possibility - if you can pull it off well.
Most of all, I'd like to say enjoy yourself!
Yours Faithfully, Anyan, Hani, Yoko and Kunain ((Aka, GC!))
